We bought the block as if was one of the only waterfront blocks available at that time with the thought of having an area for fishing, kayaking and entertaining. We got all of that and more.
A plan was made with the help of our builder, Nick Hazelwood Homes. His building standards have proven over the 6 years in our home to be of the highest standard and we are very impressed of the quality of the build. We designed the home with entertaining in mind and have been really happy with the end result.
The best part of the house is hard to say as each room is great.
