Paul has had 37 years’ experience in all facets of Real Estate on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.Paul commenced his commercial career in 1982 with the newly formed Raine & Horne Commercial Queensland, then as Associate Director of Baillieu Knight Frank. Paul moved to the Sunshine Coast and purchased Raine & Horne Mooloolaba and started Raine & Horne Commercial Sunshine Coast. Upon selling these offices, Paul opened Maroochy Beach Realty in Cotton Tree which became The Professionals Maroochydore. Paul also acquired Raine & Horne Kawana which grew into a very successful office. Paul has been responsible for many major developments and project, sales and leases both in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of residential, commercial, industrial, retail sales and leasing.During his long career, Paul has accumulated within the industry a large and wide range of contacts and loyal clients.
